Shipping

All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 depending on your region. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout.  Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

 

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info.mpulist@gmail.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
